Terms & Conditions

1. The voucher is valid from 28 June to 31 August 2024.
2. At least 2-day advance reservation with indication of the use of voucher is required and subject to availability. For order and enquiries, please call 2802 8888.
3. Cake collection is available daily from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. at Cafe Renaissance located on M/F, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong.
4. Customers should present the voucher in digital version to redeem the offer upon pick up.
5. Please refer to the labelling on the package regarding the storage condition and best consumption date.
6. Please consume the cake on pickup day for optimum taste. Carry the box horizontally, and keep the cake refrigerated at or below 4°C to maintain quality and safety.
7. The voucher cannot be used for promotional menus or items, or in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts, Club Marriott membership benefits, Marriott Bonvoy™ benefits or credit card discounts and vouchers.
8. Marriott Bonvoy™ members cannot earn points upon purchase or redemption of vouchers.
9. All vouchers can only be used once. No extension will be allowed.
10. No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honoured upon order confirmation.
11. The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash and the balance of a partial redemption cannot be reimbursed or credited in any forms.
12. The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
13. Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is not responsible for any fraudulent use by third parties if voucher is lost or stolen.
14. Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms & conditions in relation to the use of the vouchers without prior notice.
15. In case of disputes, the decision of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong shall be final.
