1. The voucher is not available on 10 – 14 Feb.
2. The voucher can be redeemed at Blooms & Blossoms located on 1/F, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong. Collection is available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
3. At least 3-day advance order with indication of the use of voucher is required and subject to availability. For order and enquiries, please call 2584 6932 or WhatsApp 9212 3336.
4. Customers should present the voucher in original or digital version to redeem the offer upon pick up.
5. The voucher cannot be used for promotional items, or in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
6. Marriott Bonvoy™ members cannot earn points upon purchase or redemption of vouchers.
7. All vouchers can only be used once.
8. No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honoured upon order confirmation.
9. The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash and the balance of a partial redemption cannot be reimbursed or credited in any forms.
10. The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
11. Blooms and Blossoms reserves the right to change the type of flowers depending on seasonality.
12. Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is not responsible for any fraudulent use by third parties if voucher is lost or stolen.
13. Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms & conditions in relation to the use of the vouchers without prior notice.
14. In case of disputes, the decision of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong shall be final.
