Terms & Conditions

1. The voucher is valid from 27 September to 3 October 2025.
2. At least 2-day advance for redemption with indication of the use of voucher is required and subject to availability. Delivery service is not available. For bulk purchasing, redemption and enquiries, please call 2584 6972.
3. Mooncake collection is available daily from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Dynasty located on 3/F, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong.
4. Customers should present the voucher in digital version to redeem the mooncake upon pick-up.
5. Please refer to the labelling on the package regarding the storage condition and best consumption date.
6. The voucher cannot be used for promotional menus or items, or in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts, Club Marriott membership benefits, Marriott Bonvoy™ benefits or credit card discounts and vouchers.
7. Marriott Bonvoy™ members cannot earn points upon purchase or redemption of vouchers.
8. All vouchers can only be used once. No extension will be allowed.
9. No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honoured upon order confirmation.
10. The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash and the balance of a partial redemption cannot be reimbursed or credited in any forms.
11. The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
12. Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is not responsible for any fraudulent use by third parties if voucher is lost or stolen.
13. Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms & conditions in relation to the use of the vouchers without prior notice.
14. In case of disputes, the decision of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong shall be final.
