Terms & Conditions

1. The voucher must be presented upon redemption.
2. The voucher can only be used at Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong room accommodation or restaurants only.
3. The voucher must be redeemed and used at Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong within one year after the issuance date and no extensions will be allowed.
4. The voucher can only be used once, and there will be no refund for unutilized balance. Unutilized balance cannot be carried forward nor combined.
5. The voucher is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
6. Multiple vouchers can be used for each purchase.
7. Defaced, altered, expired and copied vouchers are invalid and any claim for loss will not be entertained.
8. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.
9. Marriott Bonvoy™ members can earn points upon voucher redemption.
10. Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is not responsible for any fraudulent use by third parties if hotel e-gift voucher is lost or stolen.

14. In case of disputes, the decision of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong shall be final.
